Minneapolis was the home to my parents and grandparents and my wife, Lynn's, mother's family.
My grandfather, Arthur Bishop Chamberlin, was a well known architect in Minneapolis.
Because of this, I have had the opportunity of visiting the city many times.
The downtown is like many other cities I have visited, but the Mississippi River, the surrounding lakes and parks, give it a special flavor.
